When a couple chooses to celebrate their special day at

Swift-Coles Historic Home they will enjoy the following:

 

• Use of premises for 10 hours on the event date(s). Start/end times are based on sunset times

• Use of the premises 1 hour for rehearsal

• Use of the premises for photography with your photographer on a scheduled date preceding event date

• Event Fee based on 1-100 guests including children. Count does not include babies in arms or very young lap children. The venue can host up to 200 guests, however there is a nominal fee for parties larger than 100 guests. 

• Access to 5-acre grounds including use of the bridal suite, prep-kitchen, dining room, and parlor room

• Use of 20’ x 40’ bridal suite for immediate wedding party until the ceremony begins.

• Access to Groom's Suite located inside the home

• Tables and Chairs Included

• On-site parking for up to 100 vehicles

• Entire premises treated by professional mosquito control company (monthly treatments & again within 2 days of each event.) PLUS treatment by Baldwin County Mosquito Authority. NOTE: Treatments greatly reduce likelihood of mosquitos. Lessor does not guarantee 100% prevention.

 

Al' a Carte:

• Option to extend duration of rental at the rate of $200 per hour

• Option to add on Special Event Staff of 4 to 6 people which can include a Wedding                      Planner/Coordinator, Event Manager, Event Decorator and Custodians/House Keepers (rates vary)

• Option to have Rehearsal Dinner on the grounds (if available) at the rate of $500

• Option to have a Classic or Antique Vehicle for transportation services on the date of your event (rates vary)
